JACKSONVILLE, FL—CrossView Property Management has earned accreditation from the National Home Watch Association. The NHWA was formed in 2009 in order to establish and maintain the highest industry standards for Home Watch and absentee homeowner services throughout the United States and Canada (www.nationalhomewatchassociation.org). Home Watch is a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues, which means that it is a service that “keeps an eye on things” at your vacation or primary home while you are not in residence. All principals of NHWA Accredited Member companies are background-checked, insured, and bonded.
Owner Jennifer Hendry started her career as an intern with a national home builder while completing her degree in Investment Finance from the University of North Florida. After graduation, she obtained several state licenses, including real estate, and spent the next few years selling new construction homes.
In 2016, Jennifer moved into general real estate and became a broker, opening CrossView Realty. In 2018, she started CrossView Property Management. Jennifer is passionate about building lasting relationships with her customers, agents, and employees of the CrossView family.
Jennifer’s husband, Scott, is the office manager of the company, and they both focus on doing the right thing and maintaining the highest morals, values, and ethics.
